Our limited warranty applies to eligible Alex & Kate™ products and extended to the original purchaser only, and a proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Each circumstances are different and is up to Alex & Kate™ to determine if a product has a manufacturing defect or if it has a wear and tear issue. Any alteration of Alex & Kate™ products will void warranty. Alex & Kate™ is not responsible for direct, incidental or consequential damages for any reason including damages incurred as a result of use of product: damages caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, natural breakdown of colors and materials, damage done to customer's digital devices, accessories or other personal belongings, and etc. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product (including to and from). Alex & Kate™ assumes no responsibility for products during shipment to our warranty department. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This warranty is only available in the United States.

IN NO EVENT REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, SHALL AVANT BLUE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARISING UNDER BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER BASED ON THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

ALEX & KATE™ PRODUCT IS NOT COVERED BY ANY VERBAL WARRANTIES. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN WARRANTY. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF MANUFACTURER OR SELLER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO IT MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
